Dry Rub For Meats Recipe
We call this our "rib" rub although it can be used on just about any meat and even on grilled corn on the cob! My hubby especially likes when I double the garlic powder!

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons paprika, hot or mild
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 reaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Rub into meat of your choice.
  3. Don't use too much!
