We call this our "rib" rub although it can be used on just about any meat and even on grilled corn on the cob! My hubby especially likes when I double the garlic powder!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons paprika, hot or mild shopping list
2 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
1 reaspoon salt shopping list
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
1 tablespoon black pepper shopping list
2 tablespoons garlic powder shopping list

How to make it

Mix all ingredients well.
Rub into meat of your choice.
Don't use too much!

I think you may enjoy both of these spicings. Sometimes it amazes me that you can actually make these things rather than to buy them with all of their various additives. My hubby does a good job of helping search the web for recipes. Thanks for being my friend and Enjoy!
