This is an easy stir-fry that i love. I love the cabbage and red pepper flakes...I wished my husband would cook it more often :)

Ingredients
  • 1 teasspoon butter
  • 1/8 red pepper flakes (or more!!)
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak , cut into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 12 oz cooked spaghetti, drained
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions
  1. Heat butter in a large, deep skillet over med. heat
  2. add pepper flakes and garlic
  3. cook, stirring for 1 minute
  4. Sprinkle steak with salt & pepper
  5. add to skillet
  6. cook steak until no longer pink (about 8-10 min)
  7. remove from skillet with slotted spoon
  8. add onion to skillet
  9. cook onion & celery until tender (about 10 min)
  10. add cabbage
  11. cook until crisp-tender, about 10 min
  12. add steak, spaghetti and soy sauce to skillet.
  13. serve hot
