Asian Beef And Vegetable Pasta

- 1 teasspoon butter shopping list
- 1/8 red pepper flakes (or more!!) shopping list
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak , cut into strips shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 4 stalks celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped shopping list
- 12 oz cooked spaghetti, drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter in a large, deep skillet over med. heat
- add pepper flakes and garlic
- cook, stirring for 1 minute
- Sprinkle steak with salt & pepper
- add to skillet
- cook steak until no longer pink (about 8-10 min)
- remove from skillet with slotted spoon
- add onion to skillet
- cook onion & celery until tender (about 10 min)
- add cabbage
- cook until crisp-tender, about 10 min
- add steak, spaghetti and soy sauce to skillet.
- serve hot
