I visited a friend in Scotland a few years back, and he fixed a Scottish Breakfast which was very similar to this. He noted that the Scots have the highest rate of heart disease in the world... It was well worth the risk. Gotta love a breakfast that includes both sausage, bacon, AND eggs... (pardon me, I'm drooling again).
