German  Style Eggnog Recipe
Try this hot eggnog perfect for cold evenings and holidays. It's different but tasty

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle red wine (750 ml)
  • 4 eggs (or 8 egg yolks)
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • one packet of vanilla sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • lemon or lemon juice

Directions
  1. Whisk eggs (or egg yolks) with sugar.
  2. Add a little bit of red wine.
  3. Stir quickly.
  4. Add vanilla sugar and the rest of the red wine.
  5. Heat with cinnamon, cloves and lemon juice.
  6. Just before it comes to boil, remove the pot from the stove.
  7. Strain and serve
