How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder and thyme.
- Mix well.
- Line a cookie sheet with plastic wrap.
- Spread mixture to 6"x8"x1/4" thickness.
- Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with ground pepper.
- Roll up like a jelly roll.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours.
- Slice and serve with crackers and/or party breads.
