I had this at a restaurant and the simplicity is great. The flavors are wonderful.

Ingredients
  • The best vanilla bean ice cream you can buy
  • Chopped mango
  • Cardamom to sprinkle
  • Whipped cream (Optional)

Directions
  1. This is an easy way to end a meal.
  2. Scoop some ice cream into individual pretty glass bowls.
  3. Sprinkle chopped mango over the top of the ice cream. (Dried mango works too!)
  4. Sprinkle a little cardamom over the mango.
  5. Top with a rosette of whipped cream.
  6. Serve.
