Pork Loin With Pecan Cream Sauce Recipe
This is awesome. It's tasty, moist, creamy, nutty and very impressive. I serve it often and everybody loves it. Hope you do too.

Ingredients
  • Pork Loin with Pecan Cream Sauce
  • 6 pound pork loin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 ounces brandy
  • 1 quart heavy cream

Directions
  1. Mix olive oil and poultry seasoning then brush or rub on pork loin then cook pork loin in the rest.
  2. Cook pork loin in 350 oven for 2 hours.
  3. In large saucepan melt butter then add pecans and salt and cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Add brandy and flame.
  5. Add heavy cream and lower heat and let reduce to desired consistency.
  6. Slice pork loin into one-inch thick medallions and lace sauce over top.
