Chili Cheese Chip Casarole Recipe
good for left overs or somthing new, kids love this, great for a big family or just you and a roommate

Ingredients
  • either left over chili con carde or canned
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices of swiss/ or mozerella
  • 8 oz american processed cheese ( velvita)
  • 1 family size corn chips ( fritos)
  • 1 can large pitted black olives
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. in a large casarole dish butter the whole thing
  2. place a layer of chips
  3. than a layer of chili and grated sharp cheddar cheese
  4. more layers of chips chili and cheese
  5. once full to the top of dish make a final layer of chili and cubed velvita one more layer of chips and swiss cheese on top of that
  6. foil the top place ina cold oven turn to 400 and let back for 20 min, take foil off and broil for 5 min to crispy up the swiss cheese, put dolips of sour cream and olives on top after and let sit to heat up slightly
  7. enjoy!
