chili cheese chip casarole

- either left over chili con carde or canned shopping list
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 slices of swiss/ or mozerella shopping list
- 8 oz american processed cheese ( velvita) shopping list
- 1 family size corn chips ( fritos) shopping list
- 1 can large pitted black olives shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- in a large casarole dish butter the whole thing
- place a layer of chips
- than a layer of chili and grated sharp cheddar cheese
- more layers of chips chili and cheese
- once full to the top of dish make a final layer of chili and cubed velvita one more layer of chips and swiss cheese on top of that
- foil the top place ina cold oven turn to 400 and let back for 20 min, take foil off and broil for 5 min to crispy up the swiss cheese, put dolips of sour cream and olives on top after and let sit to heat up slightly
- enjoy!
