This is so good. Once I start eating this I can never quit. I serve this often at dinner and poker parties. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 4 ounce package crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans

Directions
  1. Let cheeses come to room temperature.
  2. Blend cheeses and liquid smoke together until smooth.
  3. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans.
  4. Chill.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
