How to make it

  • Steam asparagus spears until tender about 6 minutes.
  • Remove asparagus from steamer and rinse under cold water then drain.
  • Arrange on a serving plate.
  • In a bowl combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, honey, mustard and pepper then mix well.
  • Stir in hazelnuts and drizzle mixture over asparagus.
