Asparagus with Hazelnut Vinaigrette

- 1-1/2 pounds asparagus spears trimmed shopping list
- 1 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon honey shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup blanched hazelnuts toasted and finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Steam asparagus spears until tender about 6 minutes.
- Remove asparagus from steamer and rinse under cold water then drain.
- Arrange on a serving plate.
- In a bowl combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, honey, mustard and pepper then mix well.
- Stir in hazelnuts and drizzle mixture over asparagus.
