Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 5 tbl chili powder
  • 1 tea paprika
  • 1 tbl dry minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tea oregano
  • 1 1/2 tea cumin
  • 1 tea red pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 tea garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbl masa flour
  • salt

Directions
  1. brown hamburger with onion and drainadd all ingredients
  2. bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes
  3. tomato juice canness be added for desired thick
