Sour Cream Fruit Salad

This is a creamy fruity fruit salad that could also be used as a dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained (20 ounces) shopping list
- 1 can mandarin orange slices, drained (11 ounces) shopping list
- 1/2 pound seedless white or red grapes shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut shopping list
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 8 ounces of sour cream (regular or reduced fat will work; do not use fat free) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together, blending well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours prior to serving
