Upside Down Banana Cake

Ultimate cake to weather during winter .
Ingredients
- 80 g butter shopping list
- 200 g sugar shopping list
- 100 g brown sugar shopping list
- 1 lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp boiling water shopping list
- ........ shopping list
- 5 firm bananas shopping list
- 1 C pecan nuts shopping list
- 1 C raisins shopping list
- ................................... shopping list
- 250 g butter shopping list
- 250 g brown sugar shopping list
- 4 L eggs . shopping list
- 250 ml buttemilk shopping list
- ................. shopping list
- 380 g self raising flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwd shopping list
- 2 tsp ginger shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- .......... shopping list
- Cream as topping shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a 26 cm cake pan and line it .
- Topping :
- Melt the butter .
- Add the sugar on top along with lemon juice and boiling water .
- Bring to boil , simmer and caramalise until golden brown .
- ........
- Slice the bananas into thick diagonal pieces .
- Add to caramel along with the nuts and raisins .
- Cook on high heat for 2 mins until it coat well .
- Spoon it into the cake pan .
- Set aside .

- Pre heat the oven at 180 deg C .

- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy .
- Add the eggs and beat .
- Combine the buttemilk . ( Make sure its well mixed )

- In another bowl , add the flour , baking pwd and the spices .
- Add to cake batter and mix with hand gently .
- Bake for 60 to 70 mins .

- Cool and Serve with Cream .
