I make torrone at Christmas and use edible wafer paper rather than the parchment. I buy it on line and there are several sites for it. We had an exchange student from Italy 3 years ago and her dad sent us torrone all the time. She was from the town where torrone was first made. OMG...nothing like what we get here! But homemeade is very good.
