  • 1 plastic grocery bag
  • 1 hand towel
  • cold tap water
  • ice pack, optional

Directions
  1. Fold the hand towel lengthwise into thirds, then fold in half. run it under cold tap water until fully saturated. wring out slightly.
  2. place into plastic grocery bag and put into clean microwave. cook on high tempurature for 1 1/2 minutes or 2 minutes in a compact microwave.
  3. drink cold water.
  4. drink more cold water and fill a liter jug to keep next to the bed. take 2 excedrin (adults) and lay down in a dark room with the hot compress under your neck, legs elevated, and put an ice pack on your abdomen. have your helper check on you in a couple hours.
  5. upon awakening drink more water.
  6. follow the end of the migraine with a cleansing diet because your system could be dirty especially if you have migraines with fever and boils.
