Ultra Healthy Cheesy Pasta

- 1 1/2 CUP skim milk shopping list
- 1 CUP cheddar cheese (sharp is preferred although I only had mild on-hand, also low fat cheddar or mozerella could be substituted) shopping list
- 3-4 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
- 2 TBS low fat sour cream shopping list
- 1 TBS butter shopping list
- 2 TBS flour shopping list
- 1 TSP salt shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat milk in sauce pan on medium heat
- Add the rest of ingredients until cheese melts
- Continue to cook for about 5 minutes
- Add to wheat pasta
- Optional: top with cheese!
