  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package (14 ounces) NESTLÉ RAISINETS Milk Chocolate-Covered Raisins
  • 1 3/4 cups quick or old-fashioned oats, divided

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350° F. Grease an 11 x 7 pan.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in small bowl.
  3. Beat the sugar, butter and vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy.
  4. Beat in the egg.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture.
  6. Stir in Raisinets and 1 1/2 cups cups oats.
  7. Spread into prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of oats.
  9. BAKE for 34-38 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
