Easy Stuffed Peppers

This recipe puts a different spin on an old favorite. I find these a bit more tender than when they are made with rice. They are soooo easy to make!
Ingredients
- 4 peppers shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef ( I like gr sirloin for this recipe) shopping list
- 1 cup orzo pasta shopping list
- 1 envelope onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- few shakes parmesean cheese shopping list
- 1 can tomatoe soup plus one can water shopping list
How to make it
- clean peppers
- mix beef, orzo,soup,garlic and cheese
- stuff peppers place in casserole
- mix soup and water pour over peppers
- cover casserole
- bake at 350 for 1 hour
- I like to poke holes in the bottom of peppers after I stuff them to allow the juices to flow in and out......yummy
