Christmas Sweet Treats

These are always popular on a cookie or sweet tray.
Ingredients
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 2-3 Tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut or cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows, either plain or colourful shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter and chocolate chips over heat in double boiler.
- Remove, cool slightly and blend in egg.
- Stir in powdered sugar, nuts and marshmallows.
- Roll mixture into balls and roll over coconut to cover.
- Spoon onto waxed paper and chill until set.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
