How to make it

  • Crust
  • Mix all ingredients in a 13 x 9" baking pan
  • Press down with fingers or utensil
  • bake 8 or 9 minutes (until slightyly browning) in 400 degree oven
  • Mixture
  • Whip room temperature cream cheese with sugar
  • Fold in whipped topping, be sure it's mixed well
  • Pour mixture over cooled crust, smooth out evenly
  • Topping
  • Boil 2 cups water
  • Remove from heat at large box of strawberry gelatin, mix well
  • Stir in 2 packages of frozen strawberries, just to coat with gelatin
  • Quickly pour topping over cream cheese mixture as frozen strawberries will begin to set the gelatin
  • Cover and chill in refrigerator until gelatin is completely set, about an hour
