How to make it

  • In a medium skillit heat the oil and add the garlic and onions
  • Add the bell peppers and cook till soft and the onions are translucnent
  • Add the greens and cover and cook till wilted (about 3-4 minutes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • I like to add cherry or grape tomatoes as a garnish and for extra flavor.
  • Serve with your favorite meat dish or with bread and salad for a light meal
