Ingredients
  • 1 lb hot and zesty pork sausage
  • 2 cups baking mix (bisquick)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( not the fancy shred)

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together by hand
  2. It takes a while to get it all combined
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown
