Coconut Ice Cream

Coconut ice cream? Definitely sounds like it'd be worth a try.
Ingredients
- 1 cup double (heavy) cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (packed down) shopping list
- 8oz (200g) can of sweetened coconut cream shopping list
How to make it
- Take the milk and coconut cream and blend in a food processor. When smooth, carefully stir in the cream and coconut flakes.
- Transfer the complete mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Freeze before serving.
