Ingredients

How to make it

  • Start cooking white rice as per instructions
  • In the meantime, open up tuna and drain
  • Take frozen beans out of freezer
  • Over medium heat, add tuna, green beans and soy sauce (enough to cover beans and tuna, but not the entire bottle, obviously. I don't want anyone to die)
  • Cook until green beans are defrosted and cooked.
  • Serve over white rice and enjoy your cheap meal!

    I LOL when I saw this posting as I could hear your boicve on the phone saying---"Oh I am making my favoirte meal tonite"... when you lived in Buffalo and were going to grad school. I will have to make this for your father---loves that tuna caserrole type dish but use peas!!!!

    I make something similar to bring to work for lunch, but use brown rice. I'm going to try your method.
