Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well, then add other ingredients and mix in gently.Tip into greased and floured tin (no need to line it, the cake won't stick if you take it out of the tin while it's still hot). Bake at 220degC for 15 mins, then turn the oven down to 190degC and continue cooking till it's ready.
  • (Generously fills a 1lb loaf tin)
  • Especially great for runners and athletes :) for energy ! ENJOY and keep smiling :)

Looks good to me. Do you like oatmeal?. I posted a recipe for Oatmeal on the go. I made a bunch of them to take running with me. I like them cus there not sweet and they are easy to break off a chunk while your running. I ran 5 miles this morning and the stadium stairs and the football arena..that kicks butt!
