CHEESEBURGER QUICHE

- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced shopping list
- 6 pieces crisp bacon, crumbled (or more!) shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- pepper, to taste shopping list
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown ground beef and onion together in a skillet.
- Break meat up into small "crumbs" (I use a pastry cutter)
- Drain fat from skillet.
- Add bacon.
- Press meat mixture into a deep dish pie pan.
- VOILA..... quiche crust!
- Whisk together the eggs, mayonnaise, cream, garlic powder and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Fold the shredded cheddar into the egg mixture.
- Pour mixture over the "crust".
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
