Sounds yummy! As a vegan, I plan to try this replacing the honey with brown rice syrup, the yogurt with silken tofu or soy yogurt and just omitting the egg.

For the egg - instead of just leaving it out, instead mix 1 tbsp ground flax seed with 3 tbsp of water and this replaces 1 egg in baking.
