Sweet And Spicy Sweet Potatoes

Delicious combo of sweet and spicy while remaining fairly healthy
Ingredients
- * 1 pound chopped peeled sweet potato shopping list
- * 2 tablespoons maple syrup shopping list
- * 2 tablespoons 2% milk shopping list
- * 1 tablespoon butter or margarine shopping list
- * 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- * 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- * 1/2 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, pureed shopping list
How to make it
- In a pan with water add sweet potatoes (make sure they are covered) and bring to a boil
- reduce heat and simmer until sweet potatoes are cooked
- drain water from pan, leaving the sweet potatoes in the pan
- add all other ingredients and mash
