its a creative way to get kids to eat a different version of tacos

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • 8 large tortillas
  • whatever else you want to add afterwards
  • (tomatoes, lettuce, extra cheese)

Directions
  1. brown ground beef in frying pan with taco seasoning
  2. heat oven to 350
  3. place 1 tortilla on bottom of baking or cassarole dish and start to layer with ground beef and cheese. dont add sour cream at this stage
  4. put in oven for 15-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
  5. garnish with sour cream, salsa, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce
  6. enjoy!!!
