The profusion of flavors in this dish are amazing! High Five, meow. I look forward to trying this one. Your Apricot Raisin Loaf also rates a 5 from this house.. dense and hearty. The Strawberry Orange Chicken Salad is superb. I might even use just the spinach leaves since I'm a spinach freak! The green Bean Salad also rates a five. My mother-in-law used to do something similar, but she started out with bacon drippings. Thanks so much, meow!
