Ingredients

How to make it

  • Whip together one 1-pound 2-ounce can sweet potatoes, and 8 3/4-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
  • Swirl in 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce.
  • Spoon into 8 greased ramekins.
  • Top each with 1 tablespoon whole cranberry sauce.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Makes 8 servings.
