- 1 pack (43 oz.) cooked and serve lemon pudding mix shopping list
- 3 packs (3 oz. each) lime gelatin shopping list
- 2 c. boiling water shopping list
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare pudding as package directs
- . Cool completely
- . Meanwhile in a mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in water.
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice and set pineapple aside.
- Add cold water to juice to make 2 cups. Stir into gelatin.
- Chill until mixture begins to thicken
- . Add cooled pudding and beat well
- . Remove 1 cup and set aside.
- Add pineapple to remaining mixture
- . Pour into a 13x9x2 inch dish.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Fold whipped cream into reserved gelatin-pudding mixture.
- Spread over first layer
- . Refrigerate until serving.
