Parmesan Bacon Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

10 slices of bacon

3 cloves chopped garlic

1 cup heavy cream

red pepper flakes

3 eggs

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

linguini

Directions

Dice bacon and fry in pot (not a fry pan, a pot pot)til crisp

take out half the grease

add garlic, pepper flakes, heavy cream

whisk over medium heat til thick, 3-5 mins

turn down to low

cook linguini and strain

in a bowl mix eggs with cheese

throw linguini in with bacon/cream sauce and coat

turn up to medium

pour egg and cheese into pot and mix all together

cook a few minutes til the egg is dried up. will be crumbly a bit, not runny

Yeah i used to request this for birthday dinner alot. so good with some fresh bread and a green salad. one of these days i'll tell my mom about this site, but i want to pilfer more of her recipes first ;)
