Croissant Cakes

- 250 grams dried criossants, 1/2 through like when filling shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 300ml cream shopping list
- 250 grams castor sugar shopping list
- lemon butter shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Bleand together well cream eggs and sugar, zest of lemon and lemon joiuce from lemon. Fill dried croissants with 1 tablespoon lemon butter
- Cut croissants into 1 1/2 cm pieces
- add to custard, mix through
- Soak over night.
- Cook in muffin tins, in a moderate oven, 200 c for 30 mins.
- Top with a dallop of lemon butter when cooled.
