Ingredients
  • 250 grams dried criossants, 1/2 through like when filling
  • 4 eggs
  • 300ml cream
  • 250 grams castor sugar
  • lemon butter
  • 1 lemon

Directions
  1. Bleand together well cream eggs and sugar, zest of lemon and lemon joiuce from lemon. Fill dried croissants with 1 tablespoon lemon butter
  2. Cut croissants into 1 1/2 cm pieces
  3. add to custard, mix through
  4. Soak over night.
  5. Cook in muffin tins, in a moderate oven, 200 c for 30 mins.
  6. Top with a dallop of lemon butter when cooled.
  7. Enjoy.....................................
