How to make it

  • Bleand together well cream eggs and sugar, zest of lemon and lemon joiuce from lemon. Fill dried croissants with 1 tablespoon lemon butter
  • Cut croissants into 1 1/2 cm pieces
  • add to custard, mix through
  • Soak over night.
  • Cook in muffin tins, in a moderate oven, 200 c for 30 mins.
  • Top with a dallop of lemon butter when cooled.
  • Enjoy.....................................
