The best thing about this hearty omelet is you don't have to keep your eye on the stove. It bakes in the oven.

Ingredients
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2c half and half
  • 1c(4oz.) shreaded cheddar cheese
  • 1c finely chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1/4c finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4c finely chopped onion

Directions
  1. In a bowl,whisk the eggs and cream until light. Stir in the cheese,ham,green pepper and onion.
  2. Pour into a greased 9" square baking dish. Bake at 400 for 25 mins. or until golden brown.
