Raspberry Butter

- 12 ounces raspberries OR juicy berry of your choice shopping list
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
- Blend well.
- Refrigerate until firm enough to roll.
- Shape into logs.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Slather!
