Ingredients

1 cup chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup pine nuts

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

8 garlic cloves

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor or in blender then cover and process until smooth.

Love this stuff. Only thing different that I do is to add a touch of lemon juice. I have also served over pasta with chopped clams and it's a great bread spread too! Major YUM factor going on here.
