	easy main poultry turkey apricot mustard

Ingredients

5 pound turkey breast

1/4 cup apricot preserves

2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Place turkey breast in roasting pan on rack then bake uncovered at 325 for 2-1/2 hours.

In small bowl combine apricot preserves and mustard.

Brush glaze over breast during final 15 minutes of cooking.
