- 1/4 cup apricot preserves shopping list
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Place turkey breast in roasting pan on rack then bake uncovered at 325 for 2-1/2 hours.
- In small bowl combine apricot preserves and mustard.
- Brush glaze over breast during final 15 minutes of cooking.
