sweet potato supreme

oh lawd...this is it this stuff is what i think about when i think of turkey day
Ingredients
- 3 cup mashed sweet potatoes 4 potatoes shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/2 teas. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/2 teas. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teas salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 4 tbl margarine melted shopping list
- xxxxxxxxx shopping list
- topping shopping list
- 1 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup flour shopping list
- 6tbl. melted margarine shopping list
- 2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- combine brown sugar,flour,pecans and margeraine in a bowl
- spread over potato mixture. bake at 350 degrees f for 35 minutes
- wash the potatoes and boil until tender; drain, peel and mash. combine sweet potatoes,sugar,eggs,salt,milk,vanilla and marderaine in a mixing bowl and blend well.
- spoon into large casserolle dish
