How to make it

  • combine brown sugar,flour,pecans and margeraine in a bowl
  • spread over potato mixture. bake at 350 degrees f for 35 minutes
  • wash the potatoes and boil until tender; drain, peel and mash. combine sweet potatoes,sugar,eggs,salt,milk,vanilla and marderaine in a mixing bowl and blend well.
  • spoon into large casserolle dish
