Guacamole can stand on it's own and be eaten with corn chips. It is wonderful on top of a green salad, or served with cold chicken. the sky is the limit!! Avocados are in season in the winter.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, mash with a fork
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut in half inch chunks.
- a bunch of green onions, chopped
- good fresh salsa, with chiles as hot as desired. Amount to taste (I have used tabasco to help balance flavors .
- salt to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- fresh cilantro optional (it is usually in fresh salsa)
Directions
- DO NOT MAKE AHEAD of TIME, and use fresh ingredients.
- After mashing avocado into chunky smooth texture, dump everything else into the bowl and stir together to combine. (the lemon juice and tomatoes will help keep the avocado from oxidizing. )
- Serve with a smile! corn tortilla chips are perfect. Also, minitindel's frozen margaritas !!
