How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Cook up the meat and in some kosher salt chives and a bit of garlic granulars cook until brown.
  • Mid way thought the browning cut up the black olives and tomatoes and them to the meat.
  • Go head and get the refried beans cooking on low at this time too. Remember to stir so it don’t burn.
  • Drain meat when its all brown and cooked
  • Now mix up the two packets of the seasons in to that juice from the drained tomatoes should be about two cups worth of juice. Stir this into the meat and fallow directions on seasoning pack. DON”T use WATER you’ll get more flavor wroth the tomato water/juice
  • After the mixture as simmered for about 5 mins and in the cooked rice and the refried beans mix this well.
  • Now lay out a layer of the chips on the bottom of a casserole dish
  • Carefully place on layer of the meat mixture on top of the chips, carefully so they don’t slide out and a layer of cheese to the top of the meat mixture
  • Then another layer of chips meat cheese followed by a chip crumb top
  • Place in the 400 degree oven for 25 mins pull out and let rest 5- 10 mins.
  • Serve with favorite taco toppings
