Simple holiday favorite for my side of the family.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 2 T milk
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 C flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 t vanilla extract
- Your favorite jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients except for jam
- Lay on a flat baking sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Let cool for about 2 to 3 minutes
- Lay jam on surface of the cake and roll
