How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix all ingredients except for jam
  • Lay on a flat baking sheet
  • Bake for 12 minutes
  • Let cool for about 2 to 3 minutes
  • Lay jam on surface of the cake and roll

    This is what we in England call a Swiss Roll,
    you could add coco powder to it at Christmas and fill with cream, coat in chocolate and wallah!! you have a Christmas log!! :-)
