Blue Cheese and Dried Cranberry Tossed Salad

An elegant salad I found on the internet that is so easy to prepare. Goes wonderfully with just about anything.
Ingredients
- 4 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 english cucumber, sliced shopping list
- 3/4 c. grape tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans shopping list
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 3/4 c. balsamic vinaigrette dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Layer the romaine lettuce with the cucumber, grape tomatoes, pecans, cranberries, and blue cheese in a large salad bowl. Dress the salad with the balsamic vinaigrette before serving.
