How to make it

  • In large bowl mix the Ricotta Cheese,eggs,and seasonings together.
  • Cook your pasta al dente (it will continue to cook in oven). Cut the
  • broccoli and mix with the cheese. When pasta is done you want to
  • stuff the shells with the cheese mixture.When the shells are stuffed
  • layer top with mozzerella cheese and bake @ 350 for around 1hr or
  • until the cheese is nice and bubbly and browned.Serve with some
  • nice garlic bread and a salad.
