- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup spelt flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp custard powder shopping list
- 2 tbsp cold water shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/ tsp orange extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup toasted pumpkin seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Combine flours, baking soda and salt in a small bowl, set aside.
- Separately, combine cheese, shortening, and sugars until fluffy.
- Whisk together custard powder, water and extracts in a small dish, beat into cheese mixture.
- Gradually beat in flour mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds and cranberries.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet 8 minutes.
- Cool 2 minutes on sheets, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
