How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients briefly, just till combined and smooth, with a pastry blender in a medium bowl. Let dough rest 1 hour, covered. Roll out very thin (1/16-inch thick) on a floured surface and cut into squares. Bake for 7 minutes at 425°F, turning pan halfway through baking time. Yield: about 54 1 1/4-inch squares

    These sound great, Peeta. Every one of King Arthur's recipes I have used turned out wonderful and I use some of their bread recipes over and over. I'm sure this is no exception. High 5 - and thanks! :)

    Where do you get cheese powder? Sounds like another good cracker. We go through a lot of store bought cheese crackers.
