Ingredients

How to make it

  • Crush up vanilla wafers with food processor and place in large mixing bowl, stir in confectioners sugar, 3/4 cup chopped pecans (if desired) and ½ cup melted margarine. Mix well. Pour in 6 ounce of orange juice concentrate and mix thoroughly.
  • With tablespoon, scoop up mixture and roll into small ball about the size of a quarter. Place onto tray and chill. Mixture will be sticky until chilled. Once chilled, roll balls in shredded coconut (if desired). These freeze well for use later.
  • If you don't like coconut - just leave it out! They're really great without the coconut too!

Suecake if you don't want to use the coconut .. Use some ground up pecans.. just make sure that
it is ground to a tiny mill like texture.. or if you don't want the nuts here are to more options.... take some orange jello .. open packet and roll the balls into it.. or if you don't have or want to use that ..
    confectioner sugar would work..

Sounds real good. I would make it but then I would have to be the one to eat it all. For some reason the Family does not like coconut, I could take it to work though. Just might do that. Thanks for the post. Sue
