Easy Coconut Cake

It's a wonderful cake,easy to bake.This is tender&soft.It has a unique flavour.....great evening snack..........
Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flr shopping list
- 200 g butter shopping list
- 250g brown sugar shopping list
- 1tsp baking powder shopping list
- A pinch of salt shopping list
- 3eggs shopping list
- vanilla essence-1tsp shopping list
- 150ml coconut milk shopping list
- 200g dessicated coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven 180d
- Beat the butter,sugar,vanilla essence till it become soft&fluffy
- Add eggs one by one&beat in medium speed
- Then add the baking powder,salt,flour little by little
- Add the coconut milk little by little to the flour&beat till it combines thoroughly
- Atlast,add the dessicated coconut&give a quick blend
- Pour the batter in the cake pan&bake for 30 min
