Bloody Mary Turkey Burgs

- 1/2 lb lean ground turkey shopping list
- 1/4 c tomato juice, low sodium shopping list
- 1/2 c egg beaters shopping list
- 1/2 c bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c celery, finely diced shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- 3/4 tsp hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl except turkey.
- Add ground turkey and combine just till ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Divide meat mixture into two equal portions and form round patties, even thickness.
- Broil, grill, or panfry, turning once, until juices run clear (7-9 minutes total depending on thickness).
- Serve with horseradish, fresh and pickled veggies, and whole grain buns--if desired.
