Bloody Mary Turkey Burgs Recipe
Fun twist on your average turkey burger with the flavors of a bloody mary grilled right in. Takes me back to Sunday brunches in a land far away. Freeze up great for make-ahead dinner options.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 c tomato juice, low sodium
  • 1/2 c egg beaters
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp hot sauce

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except turkey.
  2. Add ground turkey and combine just till ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Divide meat mixture into two equal portions and form round patties, even thickness.
  4. Broil, grill, or panfry, turning once, until juices run clear (7-9 minutes total depending on thickness).
  5. Serve with horseradish, fresh and pickled veggies, and whole grain buns--if desired.
