Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potatoes about 4 large size ones
- 2 eggs beatten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teas vanilla or fresh nutmeg
- toppingvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top
Directions
- boil and mash potatoes. mix in remaining ingredients and spoon in 13x9 inch dish. sprinkle topping over casserole. bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees

i love anything that resembles pumpkin and i dearly love sweet potato casseroles with lots of cinnamon i put on mine and brown sugar and butter yum..pumpkin anything nice one
